Dues are owed based on your block and lot #. If you have combined your pin numbers, you still have separate block and lot #’s. For example, if you own 3 continuous lots, then you owe for your primary residence at the current rate, plus additional for each lot connected to your main residence. Combining PIN numbers for all properties does not entitle you to only pay for 1 piece of property.
We are only able to collect dues for Wonderview Unit #1, commonly known as Wonderview. If you live in Sunny Oaks, Wonderview Unit #2 or Green Hill Shores, Wonderview Unit #3, you have to contact your subdivision Homeowners Association directly. We are unable to help you as all 3 of the Wonderview Subdivisions have separate boards and due structures.
If you are unsure what subidivision you are in, you can view your tax records at the McHenry Country Treasurers website. When viewing your property tax document, you will see your subdivision listed, Wonderview Unit #1, Wonderview Unit #2 and Wonderview Unit #3.

- WONDERVIEW UNIT #1 = BLUE
- SUNNY OAKS WONDERVIEW UNIT #2 = YELLOW
- GREEN HILL SHORES WONDERVIEW UNIT #3 = PINK
If you have not received your yearly dues invoice/statement by the end of March of the calendar year, please send an email to our treasurer at treasurer@wonderviewhoa.org with the following information:
Name of owners
Pin # and Block and Lot#
Address of property
The treasurer will return your email at their earliest convenience.
