Wonderview Unit #1, Wonderview Improvement Association, requires an assessment letter when selling or refinancing your property. When refinancing, the home owner can contact our secretary or treasurer for more information.

Check your clients address. Wonderview Unit #1, Wonderview Unit #2 Sunny Oaks and Wonderview Unit #3 Green Hill Shores are separate subdivisions and Home Owner Associations. The following map shows the subdivision boundaries, Blue = Wonderview, Yellow = Sunny Oaks and Red = Green Hill Shores. Wonderview can not assist with obtaining an assessment letter for Wonderview Unit #2 Sunny Oaks or Wonderview Unit #3 Green Hill Shores. Please contact them directly.

Your preference for the assessment letter to be emailed or faxed
Our fee for the assessment letter is as follow:
- Foreclosures. A $400 fee for an assessment letter when a bank sells a foreclosure.
- Sales. A $250 fee for an assessment letter if you are selling your home.
- Refinancing. A $150 fee for an assessment letter when refinancing.
